Meet our team!
Hello, dear Reader! I am Johanna Eperke Kiss, the dreamer behind Strawy Design! I am an architect and interior designer who loves art and the magic of homes. I graduated from the University of Sopron in 2018, after which I worked as a freelancer even while completing my master’s degree. Two years later, I obtained my master’s diploma, and in 2022, I proudly passed the designer qualification exam in Hungary. In 2025, my knowledge was recognized in Austria as well, so now I can help with your plans in both countries!
I have been fortunate to work in amazing offices such as Mátis and Egri Tervező Kft., Vargapanna Atelier, Inart Design, and Arttech Bt., where I gained a lot of experience. With the experience I gained abroad, I can expand my business in Austria as an architect and interior designer.
Each project grows dear to my heart, which is why I give each one a name. My style is clean and close to nature because I believe that a home should be timeless, beautiful, and of high quality. I believe that the interiors of a house/apartment/public building should not only be aesthetic but also functional. During the design process, especially for living spaces, creating a sense of home and warmth is an essential aspect. In today’s fast-paced world, this has become highly valued and a priority in the gray everyday life.
I love projects where I can be involved in the design from the selection of the plot. Seeing how a plan can be tailored to an individual/family from the birth of the concept to the handover of the house is the most important thing for me, and it is worth everything.

Irisz is a dedicated architectural engineer with many years of professional experience. Her main focus is on preparing plans from study to completion, which is closely related to a well-founded technical concept, as well as a distinct sensitivity to design, material use, and spatial atmosphere.

Enikő is an enthusiastic architectural engineer with several years of design experience. For her, work is not just a profession but also a passion. Since childhood, she has been keenly interested in architecture, a fascination that has not changed over the years. She gladly takes on any design task, whether it involves an industrial hall, a public building, or the creation of a family home. She enjoys every stage of the design process, from the birth of the concept and the refinement of spatial organization to the meticulous details required for execution.
